and the “X-Model” cello bridge

This was the first experiment with an X-model cello bridge. The client was unhappy with his cello’s response and sound, so I took a chance with an X-model bridge and the results were outstanding. This model bridge allows for the most transfer of vibration from the bow, through the bridge, through the body of the cello more than any other bridge I have carved (French, Belgian). If you are curious about an X-model bridge, I have two models available: French style (pictured below) and Belgian Style.
